TTL T-Shirts!

Completed

1

What will you do?

I'll create 12 surprise T-shirts for promoting our project, just for fun and motivation - our volunteer team, and our two (so far!) loyal fellow experimenters.

2

How will you test your idea and measure success?

If it leads to new users - great, but not sure other ways to measure.

3

How will you know you are done?

When I give them all away!

4

How will you enjoy the journey?

The look in their eyes (surprise and delight factor), and the fun of wearing them and seeing if people ask questions :-)

Matthew Cornell Had fun giving/sending them. The main point is team-building, I should have mentioned.

Matthew Cornell Got a nice DM from Brock :-) Plus, gave one to David Jensen yesterday, which he was delighted by. Have I got my money's worth yet? In terms of spreading surprise and delight, I think so.

Matthew Cornell I wore mine to the town craft fair this weekend, and got some smiles and double takes. I'd love for someone to ask me about it.

Matthew Cornell I think this was a good idea, and I'll order another batch. I'm assuming handing them out makes a difference, esp. to our changing development team.
