How will you test your idea and measure success?

Code it and learn: Will people understand the philosophy? Are people able to use it? Will it draw them in? Where will it take us?

3

How will you know you are done?

When we've learned enough - we expect about 2-3 weeks

4

How will you enjoy the journey?

Matthew Cornell Liza and I did our v0.2 review last week, and we're extremely happy about the results - we learned a lot! Interestingly, in a meta application of TTL, Liza caught me out on this. I was talking about next steps, and unconsciously minimizing our work so far, given the (intentionally) simple nature of what tried. But look at this: We...

o Learned that people can understand our perspective
o Learned we have a crack team that can rapidly design and release a quality tool
o Learned that we can attract people to try it
o Learned that they can use it, even as simple as it is
o Learned that people are motivated to return and continue putting energy into it

Great experiment! And a huge thanks to everyone who tried it, esp. Dan and Brock.
