Reduce my thyroid medicine by 1/4 pill |
2 |
See if it helps with shakiness, heart palpitations, racing heart, and sweating (during exercise). Without hypothyroid symptoms coming back. Watch body temp as well. And watch weight gain/loss. |
3 |
Try it for 3 weeks. |
4 |
If it doesn't work the worst that will happen is some hypo symptoms. I can always increase meds if I get foggy, gain weight or have other issues. |

Matthew Cornell Good luck!

Lizzy Body temp at 1 pm was 98.2. Seems low but good. Feeling less shakey. Weight is still fluctuating a lot (3-4 lbs) because of travel but will see in a few days if it settles in. If weight goes up that will be an indicator of thyroid medicine too low. I did found though, that lower my medicine did help lower my weight, rather than increase. So this is an important detail.

Lizzy Body temp was 98.2 midday. So still steady, but low. I feel good in general. Still watching weight, which is stuck higher than I'd like. But need to give it another week or two.

Lizzy Body temp at 5pm is 98, that's on a 90 degree day, and after running 2 miles. Also, I've noticed about a 2 lb weight gain which doesn't seem to be improving. Going to increase back up to 2.5 pills a day and see what happens.
