Yoga 2 times a week
Running/ biking 2 times a week
Weight training 2 times a week

How will you test your idea and measure success?

If I can see progress during the month of weight loss
If I loose 10 lbs by the end of the month and kept it off.

How will you know you are done?

having lost the 10lbs

How will you enjoy the journey?

By treating it as an experiment and mixing up the routine enough so that I don't get bored.

Myles Well not a good week for exercise. Worked out Monday with weight training, T&Th Yoga,
Wed ran on the track for 3 miles. so its was only 4 days. How ever I did have a good time playing with Jack and having family time.
