One week vacation in a small cabin on the bay. I've gone many times before, but I'm feeling some anxiety, so I'll treat it as an experiment (!) |
2 |
I will treat myself with a healthy sense of detachment - a creature to be observed. I don't think I'll write anything down, just try to keep an attitude of "I wonder what will happen." Success: Getting through it! |

It ends in one week. |

Look for the little things - sights, sounds, being with loved ones, noticing feeling happy, not going to jail. |

Matthew Cornell On the interstate, a bit worried re traffic. stepping back to consider what I can control, and not, which means looking at traffic as DATA. And that will activate my curiousity. How much traffic will there actually be? Will it vary during the day nad week? Etc.

Matthew Cornell How to enjoy the ride: turn it around! More traffic means: more possibly interesting people to study, and more events planned.

Matthew Cornell Crazy Matt learns: traffic fine. Surprised: relaxed. Might be the flu, tho :-)

Matthew Cornell Incredible fireworks on the 4th. 20 towns shooting off at the same time. Really worth the trip.
