Matthew Cornell I love the gadget angle, Duane. Perfect application for this kind of record-keeping. I guess you might not want to enter it while you're meditating, though ;-) www.trackyourhappiness.org is cool. I talked with someone at the The Boston Quantified Self Meetup Group #3 who is using it, but found it pretty invasive due to the number of questions and frequency.

What's the Best Way to Prepare for an Interview?

Overview I've been on a slew of interviews lately. I find the interview process to be stressful so I try to prepare as much as possible so I'll be ready for anything thrown at me. There are different ways to prepare for interviews though:
1.) No prep wing it - scary
