Rofellos Hey Walter - no I haven't really used the Combat Trainer. Maybe I'll look into it the next time I play. As an update I haven't really been consciously practicing new tactics/skills too much as I 've been playing for unwind time after work (just want to veg out and mindlessly play haha)

Effect of Keeping Food Log on Nutritional Behavior Completed

Overview Keep a food log using Fitday.com for 4 weeks and note any changes in nutritional and dietary behavior. My hypothesis is that by tracking what I eat on a more detailed level it will produce:

1. a changing trend in calories and macronutrients consumed per day until it reaches a new "baseline"
