Effect of Keeping Food Log on Nutritional Behavior Completed

Overview
Keep a food log using Fitday.com for 4 weeks and note any changes in nutritional and dietary behavior. My hypothesis is that by tracking what I eat on a more detailed level it will produce:
1. a changing trend in calories and macronutrients consumed per day until it reaches a new "baseline"
