Overview I have a flight to the west coast coming up, and based on this post - http://quantifiedself.com/2011/04/quantified-self-boston-meetup-5-the-science-of-sleep-recap/ - I will use yellow glasses 3 hours before bed to ... See experiment

I Love Science Last two nights I didn't use the glasses, and had terrible sleep. Next few nights I'll wear them and see if sleep improves. I really have to modify them to be more comfortable, or find an alternative with the same color filtering.

I Love Science I'm calling this done. I'll probably stop using the glasses daily, and instead apply them to when I travel. They are uncomfortable (as I said above), and it takes discipline to use them every night. If sleep gets worse, I'll start them up again. Definitely recommended as a non-invasive experiment to help improve sleep.

I Love Science They're baaaaack. I found a new hole, so I'll re-activate. I added some mesh across the top to try keeping the squirrels out. I never did get the coyote urine - that will happen this week.

I Love Science Back on Edison after a delay :-) Update: Fox urine is the easiest way to keep those varmints away. Doesn't hurt them. Have to refresh it regularly, though. The data: No holes around area where I applied it, but there are holes elsewhere around the foundation.
