My desperate attempt not to get more cavities in my teeth

Overview Per several regular trips to the dentist, I seem to have some weak spots on my teeth, probably from hardly ever flossing when I had braces. Somehow they are lately causing me problems. I'm using (at my dentist's recommendation):

Brock Tice My cleanings are every six months. I'll have to check the insurance parameters and the costs and see about every three months. So far I'm keeping up the regimen.
