Overview Only eat meat, vegetables and cheese at Thanksgiving (no carbs, sugar or alcohol) and try not to feel sorry for myself. Matt, that's a good question... its tricky because I want others to enjoy what they are doing without guilt that I am doing my thing. Overall because my family knows my wacky eating habits they are all cool with it.
