I read on the Yahoo Hair Growth forum that Iron levels (lab work) needs to be at 70-90 for hair regrowth. So having low iron is a big factor for me related to hair issues. My iron has always been low. And it takes months of solid iron supplementation to increase iron in the body. Will get lab work soon to see if iron supplementation these past few months is helping.

Make sure they use a rusty nail to draw the blood. That way you get your results *plus* a little iron boost.
