Matthew Cornell Great experiment, Liza. Are you concerned they will unsubscribe from your dad's list because of your promotion? I wouldn't worry if he's OK with it. Of course looking at unsubscribement as information would be interesting. What tool are you using for tracking and fulfilling sales? E-junkie works pretty well, but you basically have to use coupons to track, vs. Analytics.

Liza Cunningham Thanks, I am not too worried about unsubscribes. We did the test segment first (rather then the entire list) which was very interesting. Only 4 unsubscribes out of 264 recipients. This seems reasonable. The other interesting observation is that there were 3 orders, at $7 per, amounts to $21 which doesn't cover the cost of the mailing. So in order to make money we would...
